- - Activation instructions were unclear about city entry and state/ZIP.
- - pissedconsumer was used; Wisdom replied quickly and activation completed.
Activation of kit was just not clear enough when it came time to enter city. I did, however it did not say to enter state & zip with it.
I used pissedconsumer to request help & Wisdom got back to me immediately and helped complete Activation.
Well done...Be sure to enter city, state & zip

Ordered kit ages ago never told me results luckily I reminded myself too log in!!I will like a full refund and Im extremely unhappy and will name and Shane you if I do not get a full refund!!
